97. Future Agent Strategy
System05 shall maintain a long-term strategy for specialized Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing, Inspection, and Robotic Agents without making the initial platform dependent on their availability.
The immediate AI priority of System05 shall be the Building Operations AI Agent used after construction for operation, monitoring, maintenance, inspection planning, configuration awareness, and lifecycle support. Autonomous design-to-build capability shall be treated as a future development stage rather than a prerequisite for early System05 buildings.
The Future Agent Strategy shall follow a phased progression:
- Human-led engineering using structured System05 information.
- AI-assisted interpretation, search, documentation, and comparison.
- AI-supported analysis and option generation.
- Supervised preparation of engineering and construction outputs.
- Bounded execution of qualified tasks.
- Coordinated operation of specialized agents.
- Robot-assisted construction under human supervision.
- Limited autonomous design-to-build workflows after sufficient qualification.
- Progressive expansion only where safety, evidence, regulation, and accountability permit.
System05 shall therefore establish the information architecture, APIs, identities, evidence structures, Interface definitions, and control boundaries needed by future agents while allowing all essential engineering and construction processes to remain executable by qualified humans and conventional software.
Future agents shall be introduced according to demonstrated need and verified capability rather than technological novelty. Each agent shall solve a defined engineering or operational problem, operate within an explicit authority boundary, and provide evidence that its output can be independently evaluated.
No future-agent roadmap shall weaken the fundamental System05 principles of human accountability, open interoperability, vendor neutrality, replaceability, fail-safe behavior, and independent professional approval.
