2. Scope
Stable section ID: S05-CON-010-SECTION-3 · 20 content blocks
This chapter applies to every AI agent that accesses, interprets, modifies, recommends changes to, or acts upon System05 information, physical assets, digital services, robotic systems, or lifecycle processes.
The scope includes agents supporting:
- Engineering analysis and design assistance.
- Building configuration and compatibility assessment.
- Building BIOS interpretation.
- Digital Twin synchronization.
- Construction planning and robotic coordination.
- Commissioning and handover.
- Building operations.
- Energy and resource management.
- Safety monitoring.
- Inspection and condition assessment.
- Predictive maintenance.
- Repair and replacement planning.
- Occupant assistance.
- Emergency response support.
- Lifecycle optimization.
- Decommissioning, disassembly, reuse, and recycling.
This chapter governs both software-only agents and agents connected to physical equipment. It applies whether an agent operates locally within a building, on an engineering workstation, through an edge device, within a private network, through an approved cloud service, or across a distributed multi-agent environment.
The chapter does not transfer professional engineering authority, regulatory authority, ownership rights, or legal accountability to AI systems. It establishes the boundaries within which authorized agents may operate.
