7. Initial Implementation Non-Dependency Principle

The first implementation of System05 shall not depend on the availability of a dedicated autonomous AI agent capable of independently designing and delivering a building from concept through construction.
The foundational System05 architecture shall remain implementable through:
- Human engineering.
- Human-readable and machine-readable specifications.
- Deterministic engineering tools.
- The Building Definition Language.
- The Engineering Compiler.
- Certified Nodes, Cartridges, Interfaces, and profiles.
- Conventional manufacturing and construction methods.
- Human-operated or supervised digital systems.
AI may support these processes from the beginning, but the absence, failure, or withdrawal of a particular agent shall not make the platform unusable or render the building unsafe.
This principle prevents premature dependence on technologies that may not yet possess sufficient reliability, qualification, regulatory acceptance, or physical integration. It also allows System05 to develop its physical, digital, and governance foundations before introducing higher levels of autonomy.
All initial systems shall nevertheless preserve the data structures, identifiers, interfaces, access provisions, and authority controls required for future agents.
