13. Lifecycle AI Vision

The long-term System05 vision is to provide each building with governed intelligence capable of supporting the asset throughout its complete lifecycle.
The lifecycle AI environment may begin before manufacturing and continue through:
- Requirements development.
- Design assistance.
- Configuration validation.
- Procurement and manufacturing.
- Logistics and assembly.
- Commissioning.
- Occupancy and operation.
- Inspection and maintenance.
- Repair and upgrade.
- Change of use.
- Emergency recovery.
- Disassembly and material reuse.
The building’s operational agent should understand the approved configuration recorded in the Building BIOS, compare it with the observed condition represented through the Digital Twin, and support the preservation of alignment between physical reality and authoritative digital records.
The agent may evolve as the building changes, but its identity, permissions, memories, and historical records shall remain governed. Replacement of the agent or underlying AI model shall not erase the building’s authoritative lifecycle history.
