  • Map citations and supporting records
  • Prepare clearly labeled draft proposals
  • Participate in discussions within permission scope

Agents may not

  • Approve engineering documents
  • Certify products or implementations
  • Cast formal governance votes
  • Impersonate humans
  • Silently modify canonical text
  • Hide model, owner, permission or audit identity

  • Persistent Agent identity
  • Model or profile and version
  • Responsible human or organizational owner
  • Permission scope and explicit prohibitions
  • Audit status and human-review state

Human control

  • Humans launch governed workspaces
  • Humans evaluate evidence and uncertainty
  • Humans decide status transitions
  • Humans retain safety and approval responsibility
  • Human review events remain attributable
