Stable section ID: S05-CON-005-SECTION-64 · 33 content blocks
Every manufacturer placing a System05-compatible Cartridge or interface product into the ecosystem shall issue a formal Manufacturer Declaration.
The declaration shall identify:
manufacturer’s legal identity;
manufacturing location;
product and Cartridge Type ID;
applicable version;
intended use;
claimed Compatibility Classes;
applicable Interface and Regional Profiles;
declared capabilities;
operating and environmental limits;
referenced standards;
evidence supporting the claims;
certification status;
known exclusions;
required installation and maintenance conditions;
authorized signatory;
declaration date.
The manufacturer shall declare that production units conform to the evaluated design and that unauthorized substitutions have not been introduced.
The declaration shall identify critical suppliers, materials, subcomponents, software, and processes where changes could affect compatibility or safety.
A Manufacturer Declaration shall not use ambiguous language such as “compatible with System05” without specifying the exact interface family, class, version, profile, and limitations.
Manufacturers shall maintain processes for:
production control;
nonconformance management;
traceability;
complaint and incident reporting;
corrective action;
safety notification;
recall;
document retention;
lifecycle support.
Self-declaration may satisfy selected low-risk conformance levels but shall not substitute for independent certification where required.
False, incomplete, or misleading declarations may result in suspension of registration, certification, or marketplace access.
