7. Human-Led Initial Implementation

Initial System05 construction and operation shall remain human-led. Early System05 buildings shall not require autonomous robots for design, manufacturing, assembly, inspection, commissioning, maintenance, or repair.
The initial implementation should prioritize:
- Robot-compatible component geometry.
- Human- and machine-readable identities.
- Stable datums.
- Accessible connections.
- Guided alignment.
- Temporary capture.
- Simplified fastening.
- Clear physical state indication.
- Reserved Tool Corridors.
- Machine-readable documentation.
- Safe manual assembly and disassembly.
- Compatibility with conventional lifting and construction equipment.
These features shall benefit human installers even when no robot is present. Self-alignment, reduced part variety, clear orientation, captive fasteners, accessible locks, and rapid verification can improve both manual and robotic construction.
Early robotic deployment may focus on bounded applications such as:
- Factory handling.
- Repetitive fabrication.
- Dimensional inspection.
- Warehouse logistics.
- Heavy lifting assistance.
- Site scanning.
- Cartridge placement assistance.
- Visual inspection.
- Maintenance access in hazardous locations.
Human personnel shall retain the ability to supervise, interrupt, inspect, correct, and complete relevant tasks. Required training, personal protective equipment, temporary supports, conventional safety systems, and professional approvals shall remain applicable.
Human-led implementation shall not permit the future robotic pathway to be obstructed through inaccessible geometry, undocumented deviations, or permanent closure of required access volumes.
