38. Stability during Intermediate Assembly States

System05 shall evaluate structural stability at every consequential intermediate assembly state.
The stability of the completed building shall not be assumed to exist during partial construction. Assembly sequences may temporarily lack:
- Diaphragms.
- Bracing.
- Continuity.
- Gravity support.
- Lateral restraint.
- Connection locking.
- Foundation anchorage.
- Load distribution.
- Weather protection.
Each robotic work package shall identify:
- Initial structural state.
- Components already installed.
- Active temporary supports.
- Permitted loads.
- Wind and environmental limits.
- Required sequence.
- Prohibited sequence changes.
- Conditions for robot or crane release.
- Inspection checkpoints.
- Safe interrupted state.
- Recovery procedure.
The Engineering Compiler or another qualified deterministic system may evaluate sequence constraints and intermediate stability. A robot shall not independently change a structural assembly sequence beyond its authorized alternatives.
If work is interrupted, the system shall determine whether the current condition may remain unattended, requires additional support, or requires controlled reversal.
The Digital Twin shall record consequential intermediate states, but physical verification shall remain necessary before load transfer, support removal, or progression to the next critical stage.
