19. Robot-Compatible Members and Panels

System05 members and panels should remain materially and geometrically simple while exposing standardized robotic interaction through their Interfaces and End Cartridges.
Robot-compatible members and panels may include:
- Structural beams and columns.
- Braces.
- Floor and roof elements.
- Wall panels.
- Façade panels.
- Utility panels.
- Interior partitions.
- Service modules.
- Protective covers.
Their robotic requirements may include:
- Defined lifting orientation.
- Approved contact surfaces.
- Stable identity placement.
- Datum references.
- Controlled edge geometry.
- End-Cartridge compatibility.
- Deflection limits during handling.
- Temporary-support points.
- Stacking and storage rules.
- Damage-sensitive zones.
- Installation and removal vectors.
System05 shall preserve the principle of Dumb Components–Smart Interfaces where practical. Ordinary members may remain passive and locally manufacturable while intelligence, alignment, identity, inspection logic, and robotic compatibility are concentrated in standardized Interfaces and replaceable Cartridges.
Members manufactured from local materials may require regional handling profiles. Differences in weight, stiffness, moisture sensitivity, brittleness, surface condition, or dimensional stability shall be represented in the component data and robotic work package.
Panels shall not conceal required robotic access, locks, inspection points, or Tool Corridors unless a documented removal procedure or alternate access route is provided.
