Section 98 of 102
97. As-Commissioned Configuration
Stable section ID: S05-CON-007-SECTION-98 · 39 content blocks
The As-Commissioned Configuration represents the installed building after required tests have demonstrated that its Components, Cartridges, Interfaces, systems, controls, and safety functions operate according to the accepted design.
It shall include:
As-Installed configuration reference;
commissioning tests;
accepted capabilities;
negotiated Interface limits;
control-authority assignments;
calibrated sensor records;
verified actuator behavior;
accepted operating modes;
active restrictions;
commissioning exceptions;
approving authorities.
Example:
configuration House_001_AsCommissioned_Rev01 {
type: as_commissioned;
based_on: @House_001_AsInstalled_Rev01;
- commissioned_systems: [
- @Electrical_System,
- @Potable_Water_System,
- @Ventilation_System,
- @Building_BIOS_001
];
- accepted_restrictions: [
- @HVAC_Temporary_Capacity_Limit
];
evidence_package:
@Initial_Commissioning_Evidence_Package;
status: operational_with_restrictions;
}
Commissioning shall verify the complete installed relationship rather than isolated product performance alone.
The configuration shall distinguish:
commissioned;
partially commissioned;
conditionally accepted;
rejected;
deferred.
The first accepted As-Commissioned Configuration shall become the initial operational baseline for Building BIOS and Digital Twin synchronization.
A test failure shall remain traceable even after corrective action and successful retesting.
