96. As-Installed Configuration

The As-Installed Configuration represents the Components, Cartridges, Interfaces, Connections, geometry, and topology physically present after installation.
It shall include:
installed Instance IDs;
verified locations and orientations;
actual host relationships;
Interface connections;
locking and sealing status;
installed adapters;
field modifications;
temporary works still present;
measured deviations;
installation evidence;
incomplete work;
damaged or rejected Entities.

The As-Installed Configuration shall identify how each physical condition was established:
digital identity scan;
survey;
dimensional inspection;
robotic installation record;
installer declaration;
sensor verification;
- visual inspection.
- Physical presence shall not imply commissioning.
An installed but incomplete Interface may be represented as:
state: connected_not_commissioned;
Unexpected site conditions and unapproved field modifications shall be recorded as deviations rather than silently incorporated.
