Engineering Compiler

The Compiler Engineering Engine evaluates the resolved semantic model as an engineering configuration.

It shall coordinate:

engineering rule execution;

graph-based analysis;

configuration validation;

load-path evaluation;

spatial and access evaluation;

interface compatibility;

material compatibility;

utility-network validation;

manufacturing feasibility;

construction-state evaluation;

robotic readiness;

evidence sufficiency;

certification applicability;

lifecycle-state validity;

regulatory and profile conformity.

The Engineering Engine shall operate upon the Canonical Engineering Representation and its associated engineering graphs rather than directly interpreting unprocessed source text.

Engineering evaluations shall identify:

evaluated entities;

governing requirements;

input values;

assumptions;

applicable methods;

required evidence;

calculation or rule version;

result;

severity;

uncertainty;

unresolved conditions;

affected outputs.

The engine shall distinguish between validation, calculation, simulation, optimization, recommendation, and approval. A successful calculation does not automatically constitute validation, and successful validation does not automatically constitute legal or professional approval.

Cross-domain effects shall remain visible. A structural modification may affect fire protection, utility routing, robotic access, inspection, manufacturing, lifecycle replacement, or certification even when its structural capacity remains acceptable.

The Engineering Engine shall support evaluation of final and intermediate states, including manufacturing, transportation, lifting, installation, commissioning, operation, repair, replacement, and disassembly.

AI-supported engineering modules may propose alternatives or identify potential conflicts. Safety-significant conclusions derived from such modules shall require the evidence, deterministic verification, and authority specified by the applicable profile.

No Engineering Engine module shall silently weaken a constitutional, regulatory, certified, or project-authorized requirement.
