74. Lifecycle State Graph

The Lifecycle State Graph represents the valid states and transitions of buildings, assemblies, components, interfaces, evidence, and configurations over time.
States may include:
proposed;
designed;
approved;
manufactured;
inspected;
delivered;
installed;
commissioned;
active;
degraded;
restricted;
damaged;
under maintenance;
repaired;
replaced;
removed;
approved for reuse;
decommissioned.
Transitions shall identify triggering events, required conditions, responsible authority, evidence, inspections, approvals, and resulting restrictions.
The graph shall distinguish physical state, approval state, operational state, and digital-record state. These states may disagree and shall not be silently merged.
A physically installed component, for example, may remain uncommissioned or unauthorized for operation.
Invalid transitions, skipped mandatory inspections, expired evidence, unauthorized replacements, and attempted activation of incompatible configurations shall be detected.
Lifecycle history shall remain append-only or otherwise auditable according to governance requirements.
The Lifecycle State Graph shall support repair, upgrade, substitution, rollback analysis, reuse, and decommissioning without losing the identity and history of affected entities.
